Try to clean the down part where it charges from, both the case and the earbud

Clean the earbuds on the two copper colour parts, where they connect to the case to charge.

can you turn these on manually? manual says you can tudn it off manually just by pressing the button 5s, but can you turn these back on manually without the case?

Hi, the left earbud doesn't show any blue light anytime, even charged. And if i tap to reset nothing happens, right earbud still shows blue flickering light
