Wireless will basically not be an option unless you pay premium for it. Just get a dedicated mic setup + a decent pair of IEMs or headphones and ur good to go (wired of course)

For me its no & no. I hate how earbuds feel, none of them stay in my ears and i prefer the more full audio of full size headsets. I love my Sennheiser HD560s such amazing sound, open back allows me to hear if someone is trying to get my attention, super light and comfortable.
