Performing a hard reset on your Oppo A38 will erase all data on the device and reset it to its factory settings. Please be cautious as this process cannot be undone. Make sure to back up any important data before proceeding. Here are the steps to hard reset your Oppo A38:
Turn off your Oppo A38 by pressing and holding the power button until the Power Off menu appears, then tap "Power off."
Once the device is completely powered off, press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button simultaneously.
Continue to hold both buttons until the Oppo logo appears on the screen. Release the buttons when you see the logo.
You will enter the recovery mode menu. Use the volume buttons to navigate through the menu options and the power button to select "Wipe data/factory reset."
Confirm the action by selecting "Yes" or "Wipe data/factory reset."
The device will begin the reset process, which may take a few minutes. Once it's done, select "Reboot system now" to restart your Oppo A38.
