@@chuemeemoua9481 It’s because youre using an IOS, all the android devices cant send you messages . The only way to resolved this is to ask them to press your message on inbox then click Archieve. Next ask them to find your message from their Archieve messages then try to reply/send a message to you. Then it will resolved afterwards. But yah, its a bit hassle. The only way to inform them is to post on your FB about these instructions especially for your Friends whos using Android.
