Just started watching this video, and already my wheels are turning for a mod, something basic, aimed for a rank beginner. The A1200 seems like the perfect platform for that. You can also use nail polish remover to remove most of the paint and lettering (it also works alot faster) :)

It also damages the top coat if you are not careful. Even the non acetone ones

There is another mod not attempted. Make a mould of the case and use an amber resin in the mould to make a bespoke new case .

And again, I have a question :D I've been trying to remove the text from the Ae1200 case with goo gone and Q-buds...however what keeps happening (after about 30 minutes scrubbing on each strip of text) is that the paint from the case gets faded where the text used to be. You said you had the same problem so you switched to alcohol, is there any specific type you used?

I think there is a little acetone in some GooGone products which is a no-go for plastic and paint. I use 99.9% rubbing Alcohol and I never had problems with it.

Regular cheap Casio is better than Casio Royale. Almost no one except the people who fly from time zone to time zone need that time zone map or the crappy analog digital circle. It’s just space taken up my unneeded displays. But on other casinos you just see what you. We’d to see.

That cheesy faux 80s music needs to go away. It’s not even the music that was playing often on tv or movies. It’s reimagined music people were inspired to make based on movies from the 80s and not even that. It’s based on popular 80s movies which have no representation of reality. Also no one was wearing this watch.
