Look at the little PCIe holding thingy. A ton of 40 series cards broke on this thing because they are to heavy. At 27:20 it looks like a little crack. That crack could be the issue because on this card you have multiple layers and even in this spot are traces.

Every motherboard when I purchase it at Canada Computers the clerk always takes it out of the box and we inspect the pins together. Motherboards that I've sold the CPU gets put into it's proper packaging and the buyer has full access to check the pin along with the capacitors etc. Then everyone is happy!

I know what happened to the 4070ti, the card was in the case but not screwed it in with any screws and he picked up the case and the card fell out that is the reason the metal is bend, the same thing happened to me, i did once with 1070, i installed the card and the screw fell into the case and while i was trying to get the screw out while holding the case up, the graphic card fell out, my heart dropped, i thought it is kaputt, the shroud looked the same like in the 4070ti, i had to bend it back but it worked.

I have one pin bend on my motherboard. It doesn't effect anything though except I cannot put any RAM sticks in either 2A or 2B so they are both in 1A and 1B. Not ideal but everything else is working fine. I do not know though how the hell I got that pin bent.

I would say option 1 reset it for every $5000 plus whatever you want to start with, so lets say you have $5100 in the wallet put the $5000 in a index fund or if you don't want to invest like that you can do a savings account and then your left with $100 to start off again.

Honestly the card not working could just be that because of the back plate beeing warped, the DP cablee didn't go all the way in. As simple and stupid as that. Or that crack on the side of the PCIE connector that others have pointed out.

Kind of weird for you to keep the fans on the inside of the PC for the front AIO. Either way warm air is going to enter but I feel if you had them mounted on the outside it would have likely helped with temps a lot more.
