Last night I got the Super Skeeter assembled & the DRZ2 is nearly complete, just waiting on the HV servo & mono shock to finish it off. Lol I still have a few more chassis to collect! I for sure want the TRC V3 & maybe the Art V2... now that you mention it I may have a bit of a problem... 😹 Good to see you Auranapse, have a good weekend buddy!

Wow. Free upgraded AOL servo. Great servo, I use it in all of my chassis period and it cost around 37$. Great deal. Xrx is my 2nd favorite micro chassis.enjoy

I also wouldn't of been confident buying the mini z if it wasn't for this channel. I usually just do 1/10 scale bashers but need something to do this winter.

I am having a question to you, which is very important to me. I would love to buy a drift chassis. The money doesnt matter. So should i buy the MA030 EVO or the MA020 and why? It would be very nice to know what a good drrifter like you thinks. Thank you very much!

To be honest if budget is not a problem, skip Mini-z all together & get yourself a RWD drifting chassis & everything that goes with it. I would highly recommend the DRZ V2 or the XRX by techstorm If your adamant about getting a mini-z, then get the 030Evo hands down.

I cant decide whether or not to get an AMZ or the XRX.. the xrx seems to be easier to find and order but what would you recommend for a beginner wanting to get into drifting? I feel like the AMZ will be easier as it is awd but i feel like the XRX will be harder but more rewarding in the long run. any thoughts?? this will be my first ( but not last ) drift chassy. Thnx!!

So the issue with the AMZ is it’s an older chassis at this point, & that means the optional parts are nearly impossible to come by (from what I heard). Another issue with the AMZ, in my opinion, is that it has severely limited steering angle due to the fact its AWD. Since the chassis is providing power to the front wheels via swing arms, it will never be able to match the steering lock of a RWD chassis. Basically don’t get an AMZ. I haven’t had the chance to build my XRX but I plan to work on it today with the hopes of having a video out on it next week. One benefit of the XRX is a lot of the parts come preassembled so it should make the build nice & easy. I recommend just diving in head first with a RWD drifter, but the choice of chassis is yours since they are all roughly equivalent once you take the time to build them. DRZ V2, XRX, GL-D, Art V2, BMR-X, DKMK2, all of these are great chassis’s & I recommend researching each to find what would best suit you. My favorite so far has been the DRZ V2, IMO it’s the best bang for your buck but it’s also one of the most demanding builds since it requires a lot of attention to detail.

I researched the xrx but to get the kit to canada is just over $380 Canadian and that's before a battery and charger I feel like this is pretty steep but as far as I can tell they are all roughly the same price point for the rwd's. So I may have to just bite the bullet, the drz2 intrigues me but being a beginner I feel like I will have a hard time building and tuning properly. Although that's all part of the fun right?
