Thanks for the video mate, it gives I suppose some… general idea and somewhat expected tbh. Having said that though, these tests doesn’t really represent much. Firstly what is the individual battery capacity of the older devices (13-15) and secondly honestly if you run it again.. you’ll probably get different outcome ( again within the 15-20 mark difference).

Depends on the price. The phone is still very capable. Having said that it is now 3 years old , so assuming you’re. Using it second hand… that means it’s been used for theee years so… battery health, scratches etc… also with each iteration of iOS going forward it will not perform as good as with the previous one.

I got the iPhone 14 Pro Max, mine lasts on 16 hours SOT when it was 95-100% batt health and after running for 2 years+ now on its 79% batt health and gives me 9-10 hours SOT. No, I won’t upgrade since mine lasts longer than the iPhone 16 Pro Max. I’m on ios 16 default OS when I bought it by the way.
