I can see that everything seems to load faster on the A15 except for initial start up. I have regular s8 which is about to die on me (it's had a good run). Would you believe that the A15 would be an upgrade and would feel about the same speed?

The s9 plus has a lot more horsepower, but the newer samsungs are very well optimized, that's why they catch up and sometimes perform better. But still the s9 will come first in intensive tasks.

This was a great comparison. It seems that Samsung's A15 has really improved in this series, because last year S8 Plus could beat A14, but to be honest, their speed was almost the same, there was not much difference, but this year A15 won S9 Plus, although S9 Plus is a little stronger than S8 Plus, but S9 Plus lost to A15. , but S8 Plus seems to be unable to win the weakest phone of the year, it is really old, but I think it is still a good phone, it can still be used for some people because it is still really usable.

Imo I just switched from a galaxy s9plus to galaxy a15..... the a15 is a complete down grade from the s9plus. It doesn't have a screen recorder you have down DL one from a third party. It also doesn't have an indicator light that flashes diff colors depending on the notification..I can't make my notifications diff sounds. So my text messages make the same sound as my snapchat. I can do custome ring tones but not notifications..it lags for being Bran new. I've only had it 2 weeks im sure I'll find more things..but the a15 is slow and feels old compared to the s9plus that is old in tech years. Oh the s9plus camera is better even tho it has less lenses then the a15. A15 also takes so long to reboot.

@Shan_Shah hey, I'm not a tech savvy person. I was able to get my cell bill from $190 to $60 for 3 lines. I was able to transfer the 2 phones no prob. Their like galaxy 22s. But my 9 wasn't compatible. So they offered me the a15 at a decent price. Silly me for assuming a15 would b an upgrade from a 9s+.

was actually thinking about the a15... I actually have a regular s9 that i've had since release (its just about five years old) and I'm thinking of replacing... so far its starting to slow down, battery is pretty much weaker now an some apps don't load as fast... an some apps glitch or freeze for a moment when I do certain things, youtube included... I mean my phone's probably overloaded with apps I don't use which is probably why but I still might end up replacing it... I dunno

You can't replace the S9 with the A15. S9 was a flagship phone a phone and A15 is a budget phone. At least go for a S20fe

I have been using the s9+ since launch, and tomorrow I'm buying a a15 5g because the s9+ cannot even run the macdonalds app, phone is super outdated even tho it's a nice phone, running android 8 its ridiculous and battery life is terrible also phone totally dies when it gets to 50% then you need a wireless charger to bring it back to life so HELL no!

S9+ has up to android 10. If your display in the S9+ doesn't have screen burning i recommend replacing the battery and updating the OS. Even today S9+ has a good performance
