Question though when we save a card on the eshop or enter its data for payment, in the "zip code" do we enter the original zip code or the zip code from the region we've chosen (my case us)? Also what and where do we enter the state codes that can save us from sales taxes

yes you'd need a WiFi connection, but doesn't necessarily need to be at home. some networks outside the house may not allow large downloads, though.
