I am also the grand daughter of kunji Lakshmi amma who was the owner of the house. Keerthana is my cousin โค๏ธโฆWe reside in US now.. I grew up in this house โฆ โค๏ธ
First and foremost applause for the engineer who created this exact replica of a kerala tharavad..though I am born and live in mumbai but have visited palakkad where my parents were born..and this house reminded me of the few summer vacations I have spent..especially the steep stairs leading to the rooms above and the door which could be closed..I used to run up and down..nostalgia.....but now our house has been broken down and a new house has been built with modern fittings in kitchen and bathroom..looks like a house in the city..so you brought back all the beautiful memories of my childhood๐ฅฒ๐..strange but the house is in far away Japan ๐

If you wanted to, you could have created a few days of boring content with the initial traveling clips, but you didn't do that and included the clips in the first few minutes of this video. I appreciate that. This is one of the best video in your Japan video series, hands down. Very well captured.

Amazing! Even the 90s kids like me and you cannot identify most of these items.๐ข. These are relics of a bygone era that only our parents could relate to. I remember some of these in my ancestral house before they modified it to a modern era house for convenience.
