I have travelled in that type of Belgian train. Its an old type of train that will disappear soon. Travelled with Belgian friends to Croatia, via Germany, Luxembourg, Austria; Slovenia in their car. In winter you must wear always sweater under the shirt with long arm . Otherwise you will get sick. In tram it is heated but you must wear those things, T shirt you can use as underwear, you cannot see nobody with t shirt in winter. It is only a suggestion.
