Delayed shipping. Watch stopped working in less than 10 hrs of use. Took 4 days for reverse pick up. We asked for a refund, they refused. 10 days after the reverse pick up, asked the status even told them that we'll go to the police, they responded with equally hostility even though they are the ones doing wrong. Tried to reach them via facebook, they gave some bullshit about how rebilling will be done today and item will be dispatched in 2-3 days. This was 2 day ago. The watch was supposed to be birthday surprise by my husband to me. Its been a nightmare, really
