This is an EXCELLENT "refresher" after going through your playlist of 10 or 11 videos. In 22 minutes you go through almost all the same things (other than the database stuff), plus a few extras. It really helped reinforce what I have just learned!

Django. Flask is more for quick webpages whereas Django is more for entirely fleshed out websites. KZbin is mostly Django.

I FOUND IT, you have to save the html file before running again, it doesn’t auto update unless you save it, if there is a grey dot in the top right of the file tab that means it isn’t saved

when i get to 9:30 in the video and try to render the html template my live page comes up as blank instead of having Home Page like in Tim's video any help. My code is the exact same and I have most recent python downloaded 3.12.3 and flask is also downloaded. I had an issue with "from flask import Flask" not loading home page and had two errors in the Problems tab. Was able to fix it by pressing ctrl+shift+p in vs code and clicking Python: Select Interpreter. It turns out I had several python installations and probably only one had flask with it.

can anyone please help explain to me why as soon as i try to run the code after minutes 3:50 , i got the ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'flask'.......i already followed Tim initial tutorial to install the module & succesfully install it...yet still i got this message...same goes when i try to learn Kivy, eventhough it said succesfully installed, seems like the system didnt acknowledge that i have that module in my computer...PLEASE anyone that kind enough to explain what is should do......i'm using windows 10 & latest python version...3.10 if not mistaken...Thanks in advance

I'm pretty new and had the same issue on a different project, but you might need to basically tell your IDE about flask or whatever module you're using, it may work slightly differently on different IDEs, i'm using pycharm and on a mac, but while in pycharm I go to preferences(settings on Windows im pretty sure), click project, then python interpreter, where you can add your packages allowing them to be seen. Hope you get it working
