Bro I tried many videos ,and after using your 3 methods I couldn't format my USB drive .But when I tried your 4th method, It was the easiest and successful method, It took like 10 to 15 minutes to format in the end. But finnally i formatted my drive Now I can Use it in my Laptop. My problem was the same , usb connect but not showing in file manager. Thanks Brother.

Method 4 was the quickest for me! I followed the first 2 instructions once the black tab popped up and my USB drive said “no media” and as a noob I had to figure out that meant there was nothing on the USB drive! Hope this extra tip helps too!

It used a drive letter and I changed it but it didn't work I also tried the command prompt that also didn't work it said 0 no media when I try the command it virtual disk service error

That's ltierally the Worst possible command man you're gonna delete all your Usb files, luckily I made that mistake yesterday trying to delete All files on the Usb as a shortcut an spent All day trying to fix that crap, anyone rea ding this comment dON'T use the clean comman d unless you wanna literally wipe ALL your files on it, instea d use the Rescan comman d in cmd prompt option and it will show up again

Thank you -- Changing the drive leeter worked for me. I have another USB that has label D: , but it wan't mounted, so don't know why that caused an issue. I changed the new flash drive to labe E: and voila, the drive now shows up in Windows 11.

I have done everything what is in the video and more but I get this error message: The volume is not formattable. And when I click on the drive in windows explorer its says: Please insert a disk into usb drive. I think the problem is that windows doesn't have the right drivers for this usb, even though it is a generic usb mass storage drive. By the way the usb stick work perfectly it has no physical damage.

None of those worked. I used rufus to create a bootable USB. But I got an error while doing that and the USB was now showing after that. But I could see it in device manager. I tried to change the letter but it didn't show. Then I downloaded that EaseUS app but there it did not show. Then I tried this last cmd method. There it worked until I could select the disk but when I used command clean it said "There is no media in the device". Maybe my USB got broken?
