well, in my opinion, tecktonik clearly wins, not because i like it so much, more because it has more diversity, there are plenty more moves you can combine differently, which makes it better to look at, shuffle is just stepping on the beat, kicking sliding and turning. Tecktonik uses the arms more, legs a bit, you can do many things with your torso, hands and arms :/ what I liked most was the "combination" of both, looked really good looks more flexible than just one style and opens new moves!

the shuffle music isn't scyncd with the dance steps and it really makes shuffle look kinda weird... you should try to sync them both i love :D although i do have a preference over shuffle!

The music with tecktonik is just better and more relax to listen to, but that is propably because i'm older now (32) and danced to harder styles when i was 17/18 (hardcore/gabba) :)

I feel like almost every girl that does Tecktonik dances "To express, not to impress." And I like that. I enjoy shuffling more and I wouldn't be caught dead doing Tecktonic(Probably because I'm a guy.) The best dance is one that can't be named, one that is your style and yours alone. The girl at 3:04 had a lot of style in it. Never seen it done like that before, she wins. The battle between Tecktonic and Shuffle girls is won by the girl at 3:04 haha.(:

¿ is this really a new way of dancing? i've met people 10 years ago who danced in the same way in the raves dancing hardcore... And what's tecktonik? what they dance here is something softer than hardcore. they dance great indeed.

I shuffle, and it may seem easy, and you can say everyone can shuffle but the thing is, yeah, any one can learn to shuffle, as well as any one can learn to tecktonik but to be able to do either and do it well, acceptably well, and make it look good, not like you learned it 5 minutes ago, that takes a lot of skill. Props to both.

I get the sense that tecktonik takes less practice to get to a basic level of proficiency with. I still struggle to make my shuffling look any good! But if you're in North America, tecktonik comes off as very 'gay' to most people that it's a better use of ones time to learn shuffling as its much more likely to be useful in a clubbing situation.

@CrazyLove776 shuffling is essentially stomping, and a mix of moon dancing. You can justify it however you want, but that's all it will ever be. Techtonik has bit more into its "bio mechanics" if you will. In tecktonik, every major "joint" in your body (shoulders, elbow, waist, knee, ankle, etc..) needs to be in motion. It takes a lot of effort and precision. But I guess at the end it all depends on taste..lol
