Tommie Agee had 96 all-purpose yards (62 rushing, 34 receiving) and a TD. Jay Novacek caught 4 passes for 73 yards. Michael Irvin caught 2 passes for 68 yards that included the game-winning TD. Before he was injured on the opening kickoff of the 2nd half, Kelvin Martin caught 2 passes for 38 yards and 2 TDs. Darryl Johnston had an 11-yard run. Dallas' defense had 1 sack and 2 interceptions. Jeff Hostetler completed 57% of his passes for 114 yards and 2 TD passes. Rodney Hampton had 193 yards rushing and a TD. Jarrod Bunch had 78 yards rushing and a TD. Mark Ingram caught 3 passes for 68 yards. Ed McCaffery caught 2 passes for 45 yards and 2 TDs. New York's defense had 2 sacks, a fumble recovery, and an interception. The Giants should have won this game. They outgained the Cowboys by 98 yards mainly on their running game. The end zone interception with less than a minute to play was costly. New York should've just run the ball into the end zone to clinch the victory. Dallas went down the field in 50 seconds to win this game. The Cowboys are still in the race for the NFC East title.
