The galaxy has a 50 mp 1.8 which is better than the camon 50 1.9 but very very slightly, but you have to compromise on the selfi camera because camon has 50 mp selfie camera while the galaxy has 13 mp only, also the charging speed 25w in galaxy and 70w in camon also the camon is new while the galaxy both of them came out in the last year with also less storage capacity 248 vs 128 so go with the camon 30 it would be better also the CPUs are very close 1280 vs g99 ultimate but the GPU of 1280 is way better than the one in g99 , also i believe the wide camera of galaxy is also better than camon.

Not IP certified, but there's no problem with splashes and people have tested dunking it into a bath water for 2+ minutes. So far, it acts like other IP54 phone. Won't drop it into a river, as that might be too much pressure.

*is not IP certified. People have already tested splashing water and putting it into a bath of water and it survived. Sure I wouldn't suggest you do the same, but in an accident where you get it wet or drop into puddle I wouldn't worry too much unless you're intentionally bricking it by putting it in sea water, or even acid.
