The Phantom V Fold is the first foldable smartphone from TECNO. the outer display is a 6.42-inch 1080P AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. While the larger display is a 7.85 inch 2k AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 360Hz.
Phantom V Fold is a fast device. it is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 9,000+ Processor, a 4nm Chipset and it comes with 12GB of RAM that can be expanded to 21GB of RAM.
Phantom V Fold has impressive build quality, awesome displays, good performance, good cameras, and decent battery life for a foldable device. Phantom V Fold starts at N695,000 or $926 for the 12GB RAM, 256GB internal storage option while the 12GB RAM, 512GB version goes for N775,000 or $1033.

Nice review. I'm in the United States and use a 2018 4G Huawei Mate 20X I bought from a vendor on eBay. And till this day it's still running strong. I love big screens. This has a 7.2in. however I have a big hand. I'm with T-Mobile and trying not to pull the trigger on this Tecno or Honor Vs fold. Waiting to see if my carrier will get a Google fold or if OnePlus will have one to compete with the Samsung fold 4 or upcoming Fold 5.Have a great day.

I've been a tecno and infinix loyalist since 2012.. I'm currently using the tecno camon 18 premiere and I'm sick of how these guys intentionally introduce bugs and software issues as well as degrading the camera quality with their so called software updates. These guys don't want you to keep using ur phone. they want you to keep buying newer models

Exactly, with the occasional barrage of ads and bloatware, it's even becoming more difficult to uninstall and disable apps. At least OS update of up to 3 years would be helpful

I would pay twice cus I kno what am gonna get..I've have use different versions of android brands and I can say Samsung got me hooked. I know v fold is targeted for affordability...but yeah I wudnt mind paying 2x for a high end product. To me the only downside is the processor. Mali gpu unfortunately sucks on emulation, and that is a big thing for me. The possibility to play switch/ps2/ps3 games on the move with a large mobile screen that you can also use a normal smartphone when folded. Practically a 2 in 1 device. Also, i can't understand why they put that many cameras. It's a foldable, you can always use the main camera, regardless 🤷

It's the perfect fold for streaming games though if you don't want to spend Zfold 4 type of money. The screen size seems perfect for things like Moonlight/sunshine and Parsec
