What about what the Dad, that was defending his daughter, has to go through after being labeled a Domestic Terrorist? There is no Justification for what happened. As a society, we do not put peoples/groups feelings above Right and Wrong. Anyone that displayed incorrect/cowardice actions should suffer the consequences, including the judge that signed off.

The NSB is not embarrassed, they apologized, but didn't retract their FALSE allegations.The reason they apologized, is because it dawned on them 1. that they are opening themselves up for civil lawsuits ans 2. they will never pass another school levy for a long , long time. The Ohio Chapter of NSB just removed it's affiliation with NSB. Why? Because they realized that they had just shot themselves in the foot by writing that letter to the Justice Dept.
