I've seen Ted probably 10 times over the years(since the late 70's) and he NEVER disappoints!!!! In my opinion, he is one of the best guitar players on the planet!!!! I really enjoy when he plays with Derrick St.Holmes. He is a great guitar player in his own right. He is also a great singer-songwriter and performer!!! The first time I saw Ted Nugent was in south Florida at the Hollywood Sportatorium in Hollywood Florida. He came swinging out on a rope like tarzan and then pulled out a bow and arrow, set the arrow on fire and shot his guitar with the flaming arrow!!! He blew my frigging mind. He is an absolute maniac!!!! He made me want to play guitar!!! I can't believe at his age he can shred with the best of them!!!!! Terrible Ted, the Motor City Madman!!!!

I saw The Motor City Mad Man in Tulsa, years ago. My brother was on leave from the marines and I failed to get tickets but the bar I hung out in was known for him showing up when he was done with a concert. Well sure enough he showed up and borrowed a guitar from the band that was playing that night. He broke 3 strings playing and didn't miss a beat he just kept right on playing. My brother got a date with a girl that asked him to hold her on his shoulders. It's great to see him still rocking.
