I'm pretty sure he prefers the scene now, he called our corruption all the time when he was ringside. That wasn't allowed after a while then he left ring side, boxing is a seedy sport behind the scenes and teddy is a man of honor

I think people are also underrating the fact that Gaethje has taken as much damage as Max. Almost every fight he had in WSOF was a war, then he came into UFC and had 3 wars in a row getting finished in to. Then Oliveira hurt him with the hands too before getting the sub and even though he was more calculated vs Fiziev and had an amazing 3rd round, he took some serious shots and was stunned a few times in the first two rounds. Chandler hurt him too. Gaethje is the bigger puncher and can definitely take more of Max’s shots than max can his but don’t be surprised if he gets rocked or dropped coming in.

@@highwaystar5463 Thank you. I've seen numerous Justin fights and notice how he over commits on a tight high guard leaving his midsection open. Eddie Alvarez for example, capitalized on this weakness and wore Justin out. Really, I'm surprised people put Max to the side so easily. dude had MONTHs to prepare for a bulk, that means the world. Eitherway, I was surprised at how dominant Max was, I expected him to be in more trouble, but he really put out a masterclass.
