@@orphaomega245 that’s what I was thinking, because, to be real, villains are just victims who’s stories haven’t been told yet. Most of them have abusive and traumatising backstories. And, they grow up to believe they can have power if they’re stronger then others, and prove that by being a bully. Yes, this doesn’t entirely excuse his actions, as he has a new father who loves and cares for him, but in part, it does. Because, although he has a new father who comforts him, he still grew up with an abusive mother and you cannot get rid of trauma like that or what you believe in very quickly. So, I think he would’ve been nicer if he had gotten some therapy.

definitely even though scourge is known as a villain (basically) this au of his backstory as a kid made my heart melt, his mom got all violent because his dad died at a young age, so sad to see this happen even if the characters arent real, no child deserves to be abused, good backstory and video! 💚🦔
