not every "engene" in the comments talking bad about the song and being upset this was his intro to enhypen because it doesnt really "represent them." first of all, who are you to say that? this is literally their brand. they are VAMPIRES and this album is them being true to that. yes it is different and new for them but that is a GOOD thing. they are growing and developing their sound. it is completely fine to not necessarily like the song, you are entitled to your opinion, but sitting here in these comments saying all this is not it. the boys worked SO hard on this comeback, and sunoo even cried on stage yesterday because he worried fans would leave them since it was so long since they had a comeback. have some respect. instead of saying all that bs you could have simply recommended other songs for him to listen to next and left your negativity and "disappointment" elsewhere. the rest of the album is also absolutely amazing. glad you enjoyed the song and the boys!! they are absolutely amazing singers, and their dancing is out of this world

I love this group, really good vocalists and amazing dancers! Their concept is VAMPIRES and that song is from their album DARK BLOOD. There's a song in it called Chaconne that is SO good. From their others albums, you should give a try to "Future perfect (pass the mic)" "Blessed-cursed" "Drunk-Dazed" and "Fever" (i quoted only the songs with MVs for you to enjoy the visuals)

I was a bit anxious and also curious to see how you would react to this song as you have never reacted to Enhypen before. "Bite Me" is quite different musically from their previous songs. I am a fan of Enhypen and I am still a bit torn myself on whether or not I like this one as much as their previous tracks. Enhypen is a group that debuted in 2020 and has a deep vampire/undead storyline, complete with an anime/webtoon and a cousin J-pop group of werewolves that promotes in Japan, called "&Team" who debuted at the end of 2022. They are part of the Hybe family (same label that handles Seventeen, BTS, TxT, Le Serrafim, etc). For some recommendations of songs that I think you will enjoy, I recommend "Future Perfect(PasstheMic)" and "ParadoXX Invasion" which will appeal to your rap/hip hop tastes and especially "Fever" which is one of their best songs, IMO, especially for their iconic choreo. "Drunk-Dazed" "Blessed Cursed" and "Given Taken" are all strong as well. Their group always features strong, often extremely difficult choreo. They have two rappers, Jay(American) and Ni-ki (who is also their main dancer, Japanese) and vocalists Heeseung (heavenly vocals), Sunoo, Jungwon (leader), Jake (Aussie), and Sunghoon (who also raps sometimes and used to be a Korean National competitive figure skater). Eidt: Well, I am so happy you liked them and even liked the song. The guy floating in the chair is Ni-Ki, their maknae, who is their main dancer and one of their rappers and their deep voiced singer. The harmonies you commented on are very much on brand for Enhypen, as is their vampire theme and concept.

Funny, it's the other way around for me. I don't dislike them but I'm not always fond of their music, and this time I really like this song and the album. I hope THEY like it ;P Thanks for writing this comment for the ones who need it, it's always usefull to find this when you don't know about a group ;) I was always looking for these when I started to "study" Kpop :P

I agree on this I wanted DRUNK DAZED to be his ENHYPEN introduction I don't like when new releases get recommended as first song to listen to .. I like it but that part "come here and..." ruined the song for me low-key.. I'm an iland ENHYPEN stan and idk how to feel about it they never disappointed me maybe it'll grow on me (I love the B-sides tho)

I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS TEDDY OMGGG, enhypen is the only group that caught my attention after skz. they also have an aussie lol (2:53 jake, and he's friends with chan and felix). I really recommend their other songs, some of my favs are: given-taken (their debut song), drunk-dazed, tamed-dashed, blessed-cursed, polaroid love, paradoxx invasion, future perfect (pass the mic). they also have a vampire concept, hence the coffins and the mentions of biting.

i listen to a lot of groups casually and enhypen is one of the groups i know the least about even though i have been following their songs from debut. I still couldn’t tell you who sings when or if they even have rappers? I love a good amount of their songs, they are catchy (bite me is unfortunately not one of them for me), but i guess to me that’s all there really is to them, besides tht they are good dancers but then again so are most groups. so question to all engenes: is there a b-side that shows their individual colors a bit more? or that really leave one speachless with either vocals or rap? then please educate me 🤞🏻

I really think you might like Paradoxx Invasion! Drunk Dazed is also a great place to start with Enhypen and I feel might be your speed a little more than this song (it is a really good one tho, right haha?) Thank you for your reaction. I liked the song when I first heard it; it was the first song by Enhyphen that caught my ear. The other songs were different but ALL of them were different. What amazed me was the comment section. To tell a reactor that one particular song by a group is not good to get to know Enhyphen is complete nonsense. The song is by Enhyphen, so it is part of their discography. I am not an Engene, either but I like this song. We all know why some Engene doesn't "like" the song, and that doesn't need to be sugar coated. Rant over. Sorry :)
