Another excellent straight forward video, thanks! For anyone who doesn't have the middle tab to write your query just click on the button in the toolbar that says "new query". I was stuck on that one. Guess I should have watched the video in it's entirety before spending time google searching my issue .... lol

a little confused. This video looks different than previous video, specifically not seeing TestDB file nor the messages tab. Please advise. Thanks

It’s been like 2 years but I actually remember that those were just extra files. I would ignore.

Nice One Teddy but I believe since this video is for beginners it will be better if you do a detailed practical guild on writing queries and understanding the syntax of DBMS. Knowing that the understanding on how to write queries is the fundamental behind Database Mangement and Manipulations. Thanks

If you're running the SQL server on a VM, then you could technically restore the wrong dropped database by applying the latest taken snapshot to the VM or mount the folder containing the database data to the VM... but if it's not virtualized and no backup mechanism in place, then it'll be a long day lol

True, plus you can get back ups and better redundancy for like $20 on both Azure and AWS

Do you think you can do this in azure data studio, its much cleaner and would be great!

I like Azure Data Studio more, but most employers expect SMSS so I went with that. Maybe in another sql course I would consider it. Thanks for commenting!
