What a line up in the singing department - the harmony with both of them singing makes me long for future collaborations between Susan and Norah - love both of them.

I can't read music, but I can strum a few chords. I was watching a movie with instrumental music in the background and a 4 note progression stuck in my head. I suppose those 4 notes get used in many places but I just couldn't place it. Took a long walk with that 4 note "ear worm" in my head and finally dredged up the words- "walk out my door" to go with it. After another mile I had "see you a-gain" which lead me to the song from which it came. I guess Love Has No Pride is buried in my sub conscious somewhere. I've spent the last half hour on KZbin getting reacquainted with it and can't decide if Bonnie or Linda burned it into me, but it's there, and it's not leaving! This is a great version too.

One of my favorite Bonnie Raitt tunes. Thank you. Beautiful.

I think it was a Linda Ronstadt song back in the 70s.

WRITTEN by Libbie Titus and Steve Katz, so it's THEIR song. It's been recorded by Bonnie Raitt, Linda Ronstadt, Roseanne Cash, Rita Coolidge et. al.

Give us Ronstadt or give us death. This Norah Jones is a sweet dud vocally.

That’s not really fair as nobody can match Linda.

I admit that Norah is not suited to sing this song. It's unwise to sing a song by a powerhouse vocalist when you're known for soft jazz/sultry songs. It just isn't a good match...and I like Norah. Always have.
