1. Because by the time your account can do elites, already non of its loot is bis. So you only rarely get spikes of dopamine from them. 2. Hards are faster and easier to complete. 3. The above plus Watson requiring them to get a master, means that if you choose to complete them, your expectations are already high. But since the loot isn't really that much better, chances of disappointment are higher.

This is a continuation of that series with a different structure. I didn't catch him say when/why it changed, but I believe it may be due to these tasks of the highest level potentially taking extremely long to complete. He probably made the decision to complete tasks more passively rather than get stuck on massive grinds

More like 1 in 348,000 which is still insane. Any gilded piece is 1 in 2,953 per roll (we don't care about a specific piece just getting 2 pieces) and there's on average 5 rolls per clue. For those specific pieces it is 1 in 8,600,142 (we can get each guilded piece in up to 6 slots and it can either be spade/pickaxe or pickaxe/spade)
