Lenna, that was wonderful. Congratulations. I appreciate your oratory skills. It is good to know the meaning of one's name. Do you realise something? One who is busy or more preoccupied in finding out who or what he / she is, fail to realise who are the ones around he/she. And also should understand that every " I " exist only because of others around. When someone is lonely at a place it does not matter who or what the individual is or was. I guess that is what went wrong in your life too. You were too busy in finding out what you are and who you are. But alas! Many things went wrong when you found out the answer. Now you have that answer but lost many things in life. Achieved much but lost too much. You struggled a lot to help yourself out of those bad times. You were married yet you are lonely. Exactly like your name, the light has value only because of the darkness around it. The light stands at its full Glory when there is more darkness around it. When a room is completely lit up, little light from a small candle does not matter, no one ever will think about its presence. Every dawn comes with lot of hopes. And every dusk drops us many unanswered questions. Twilight is beautiful till the darkness sets in. These kind of realisations are very much essential for every individual. Wish you all the very bests.

What is the use of knowing the meaning of your name? - All sentient being have a body & a mind. Body has a start & an end. Body has hard/ soft elements - water element -- air element -- heat element -- space element all of which are constantly (every thought moment changes) so that there cannot be an unchanging person living inside this body. The mind is consisting of feeling, perception, mental constructions & consciousness again all these elements change every milli second. So, there cannot be an unchanging -static mind too. Cogito ego sum (I think therefore I am) The self, I, me, mine are an illusion - mind made as a result lust, greed, hatred & ignorance arises propelling -caught up in believing there is a self that exist which does not change. when someone realizes these facts in the deepest level one gets releases from all bondages. (From Lord Buddha's teachings)

Nice thought. Since you had mentioned “ I “ is something other than the body, why can’t we keep “I” separately as like another I in front of us, to observe our body language, behaviour, and movements. Let this “I” guide an individual as if “I” is watching and telling him/ her what to do next.

Brainy Beauty ! If we overcome our petty prejudices , we will realise that this "I am the Universe " is exactly what Vedanta( the religion/ darsana of who we call "Hindus" ) says! Aham Brahmasmi , Prajnanam Brahmam, Tattvam Asi and Ayamaatma Brahma say the same Non dualism !! The crux of philosophy of millennia-long ancient civilizations including the Egyptian, Greco-Roman and of course, the Hindu civilization. Unfortunately, most of us in this century have been brought to believe that anything beyond materialism is superstition and regressive! Despite being based in "Atheist" / materialist paradise Kerala, this lady had the guts to break such prejudices !
