What can a musical ensemble teach us all about collaboration? As it turns out, quite a bit. Comprised of some of NYC's most celebrated trombonists, this ensemble will open you up to receive the central message of what it is to truly collaborate. Tony paints a dynamic picture that examines the process of musicians listening, compromising, and sacrificing some of what makes each of them unique in order to create something far bigger and more beautiful than the sum of its parts. This talk will resonate with you and immediately help to start new conversations about how we can all pollinate these crucial skills in our own lives and work.
