I truly appreciate having the opportunity to listen to this wonderful TED Talk!! It comes at an especially critical moment in my life. Such a simple yet profound concept… “choose” to change your mindset and you choose to have an amazing life experience!!! I want that for my life !! I also like that the secondary benefit to so choosing will help those around me to feel respected and valued as I “choose” to see them in a different way… a WIN all around! Thank you, Elaine! I am sending this TED Talk to several people who I know would be open to the opportunity and the 3 steps you introduce. This is one of those rare gifts that will just keep giving as it is spread out to others!
