I’d rather have them use the Higgins money and go after a QUALITY FREE AGENT for a change. The free agent guys they always go after are always bottom of the free agent list players. The guys u mentioned like Rankins and Stone are a gamble because they aren’t top tier free agent players. I’d be happier if they use that money instead to sign a pro bowl caliber free agent at Left Guard or Corner or Safety or DE.

Burrow being gimpy is gonna stress me out sunday. We've got one of the worst oline in the NFL (29th) and if he cant move its gonna be bad. We've saw it last year. Priority #1 this off-season has got to be 2 new guards, draft or free agency idc

If they cut some players they'll have even more than the 62 million they have now. I would cut Hubbard-save 9.6 mill, Pratt- save 5.6 mill, Cappa- save 8 mill, Moss- save 3.5 mill, and maybe Rankins - save 9.5 mill and Stone- 6.5 mill. That's a significant Xtra savings of $33-$42 mill. Pratt is average at best, Hubbard is done, Cappa is done, and Moss, Rankins, and Stone were bad FA signings. Also cut Volson or just make him a backup.

How about instead of the Rankins, Stone and Trent Brown example. Would you rather have Tee Higgins or Reader and Hendrickson or Orlando, Cappa and Karras. Free agency is a coin toss for sure and I completely understand why James and most others want to pay Higgins $30m+. I want to keep Tee too, but I think the trenches is a bigger need than Higgins. I'm sick of seeing Burrow getting beat up every dang year, so I'd rather $30m go to the Oline or getting him some help on defense. Burrow, Higgins and Chase can't carry the whole team and we learned that this year. Also Duke is good at drafting WRs, trenches he's pretty bad at drafting

Ahhh you're right. KCs championship caliber front office realized they should get rid of Tyreek and use the picks they got from him to improve their defense winning them back to back Super Bowls because Mahomes can elevate the play of others. Bengals are going to pay BIG for Chase and pay a pretty penny for an often injured number 2 wideout instead of improve a crap defense that caused this same offense to waste an amazing year 🤦🏾‍♂️ I know a little bit about ball bro. It should. If we sign him to a long-term deal, somehow I guarantee he'll be injured all the time.

It does for me. If it was up to me I'm spending that $30m+ on the two best guards in free agency. They won't though bc they don't prioritize guards
