Super friendly robot they got to conduct this interview

i got the feeling he was talking to an actual robot or mounted camera type thing, was there a live human there?
@jothkell91734 жыл бұрын
i think there was a human, but they didn't mic him up, so they dubbed his audio

Ed Rowland love Jon as well, he brings that fire to the game he can go super low any given round. People forget this guy is only 24 I imagine him having a big mark on this game when it’s all said and done

always thought of him as a whiny, hotheaded brat but after this interview and him saying he recognizes it, & trying to change but still be himself - i'm a fan. seems like a really thoughtful, genuine guy.

Golf is the hardest game. Seve had an emotional nature and was fun to watch, as does Sergio. People are angry at themselves when they screw up playing especially in tournaments. In other sports it's natural and accepted to blow up , games like hockey, baseball, football, tennis. But in golf, due to the history and nature of the game , a gentlemans game, it's not accepted to show any emotion on the course. And that is the hardest thing, as the impulse is to break every club in your bag!

Love these videos, but maybe in the future record the interviewer live, it sounds more natural, it’s ok if they’re not perfect each time, makes it more like a conversation than an interview.

The VO sounds like it was recorded in post and it’s really robotic and disconnected from the material. Too bad. Made it hard to watch.
@morgancross54814 жыл бұрын
Yeah I thought the same thing. You can hear what I assume is the original interviewer in the background at 6:20. I assume they weren't properly recording whatever microphone was hooked up to him, or they didn't bother because they planned to do it in post anyway.
@evanmcclure71954 жыл бұрын
they do it in person, then the same guy goes into a sound booth and repeats the questions. then editors edit it together

Show the interviewer, have him play beside the players and show the hole they are playing before the tee shot - would feel much more natural! Still enjoy the videos though, keep 'em coming!!

yall stole this squeaky clean interview style from Vogue. however just because someone was first doesn't mean others can't use it. it's not like you can patent an interview style. idk, for me these things are weird but it does beat awkward interviews 😂
