I have this juicer and like it a lot. It is a powerful compact little juicer. I like to use it when I want to make a quick, small batch of juice. When I want to juice in bulk, I use my Nama J2. With my Shine juicer, I cut my celery into smaller pieces before feeding it into the juicer. Celery can clog your juicer because of its stringy fibers. That juice looks delicious, though. 🙂

I got the shine juicer too. I found you have to cut celery and other vegetables small pieces. Otherwise it gets stuck. And you can't get the top off

Yes I agree ! I now have 2 namas The shine is ok but I needed more from my juicers.

Great video and yes, that's a great juicer. If you haven't checked out any of his videos, John Kohler (owner of discountjuicers.com) has a KZbin channel where he not only reviews and compares juicers, but also has videos with tips and recommendations on how to get the most out of your juicer. Lots of helpful info. Also, FYI, lemons and limes can be juiced with the peel on as they do not contain the same indigestible oils that oranges and grapefruits do.

Happy birthday, lady... God bless. Loved your review. John Kohler does regular reviews for juicers and did one for Shine. He handed it fantastic reviews and uses it as his traveling juicer. I brought one two weeks ago-- still waiting for it b/c I paid by money order. Can't wait til it gets here!! I liked your opinion and comments on its funtions-- especially the texture of the juice. And I agree, I didn't want another one that would "heat" my juice and I lose nutrients. So congratulations on your Shine. I think I'll name mine Shiny when she gets here!! Cheers!.

I’ll admit I have a new one since this one but it’s fine for the price point and being a cold press juicer. Nutribullet needs to stick to what they’re best at. Idk why they wasted money making a juicer making people waste their money buying them.
