I'd say Quinn and Vayne are worse, Teemo in my experience is if you kill him early with your top-laner can be shutdown pretty easily, especially if he's playing aggro. I hate all three specifically bc they force me to focus top when jungling or they dismantle the game if left alone.

Just play mundo into him,dont fight till lvl 6 and its gg...he cant kill you when you have ult up, also his q dont not afect yours. Plus you are more usefull in teamfights

I stopped playing years ago, people really hate Teemo that much still? I always found him difficult to play against most champs top so even though I was a top main if I wanted to play Teemo I would play him mid, felt a lot safer and shrooms were more useful around that area.
