The second Dharma talk for Teen Camp. The retreat theme is "Enough! Enough! You are enough! The Art of Unmasking Your True Self"
A playful Dharma talk for the teens. We begin with reflections on his father before moving on to explorations of body, mind, feelings, perceptions and mental formations.

Thank you, thank you Brother Phap Dung! I, a 70 year-old mother and grandmother, gleaned so many gems from this dharma talk.

Thank you. Your talk is as relevant to teenagers as it is to me a person in mid 50s.🙏

Thank you for the beautiful talk. Starting my day here in Scotland and listening to the dharma talk this morning nourishes my heart. The mental formation "wedge" as Br Phap Dung mentions, is one of the diamonds to dwell on today. As I am much older and on my journey of meeting Self, this gives me a map to work with. May we all be happy and free.
