Thank you for the beautiful talk. Starting my day here in Scotland and listening to the dharma talk this morning nourishes my heart. The mental formation "wedge" as Br Phap Dung mentions, is one of the diamonds to dwell on today. As I am much older and on my journey of meeting Self, this gives me a map to work with.
