Gang members usually get their guns off the street. Not from under their parents bed. Its hard to proove without reasonable doubt those cases and those type of laws could violate any U.S. citizens legal rights. I get it, you think the law will discriminate against the black community to take them out. No those type of laws can violate people of all colors rights. The best thing these parents can do is move them out of the neighborhood but not all can afford to. Now parents got to worry about going to jail just for living in the wrong neighborhood ? Sociology isn't the same as Psycology. Kids with psycological issues have more to do with parent neglect than kids with sociology issues which has more to do with peer pressure or just the parent not always being around to monitor the kids behaviors.
