Teen lightning strike victim saved using CPR

Andrea Rogers was watching the waves break on the beach of Webster Park when she heard what sounded like a "war bomb." The surgical technologist with the University of Rochester Medical Center then heard screaming and went to the aid of a teen girl who had been shocked and burned by a nearby lightning strike. Rogers credits her nursing background and CPR training in saving the girl's life.
