Hey Dr Alex, what is your professional opinion on those at home back cracking devices? Like the adjustable one you lay on, and that t shaped bar device? And even just the ones you see on amazon? Like clearly the videos have sound edited in, but im curious if they would actually do anything at all? Actually, Bar and Ashley have been through some issues but have ultimately stayed together. He's a good Dad and wants to be there for his wife and daughter. He's young and has made some mistakes, but he's learning. Give him some grace.
