Watching Derek's eyes change from red to blue reminded me that he gave alpha power away to save someone. This was power he gained from killing another alpha however. This makes me wonder if because a true alpha gets the power from strength of spirit, character, and will, that Scott's powers would not be hindered by can be considered a "stolen" limit? I wonder what the developers will think up for future seasons..

I can't believe Jeff wouldn't work on Derek's character arc in the later seasons, he was such an interesting character and he wasted this opportunity to have a more complex character than the perfect Scott McCall. Stiles is rather complicated aswell which I love and I'm glad his character gets a lot of time to show his arc a lot. Jeff just fucked up with Derek though.
