What I thought happened with Peter was that, yes he realizes his daughter loves Scott and doesn't want her to be heartbroken, but I also thought that, remember how Gerard gave that whole speech about a bond between a Beta and an Alpha is super strong. Scott was technically Peter's Beta first since Peter bit him. Maybe he realizes that he does actually care for Scott because of that Alpha Beta bond.

I think Peter made the connection with how Malia feels toward Scott to how Derek felt with Paige. Because it was Peter's fault when Paige died. I think because Malia's his daughter he doesn't want Scott's death to be on his hands thus further tearing his father/daughter relationship with her.

I have to agree that Peter, Jackson and Ethan were the best bits of this episode and I hope that Americ is right with them getting captured on purpose, because i thought that was kinda silly. Also they're werewolves and the only thing keeping them attached to that fence were some zipties... But what really bothered me is that everybody just seems to be pretending Danny never existed. I know this is a teen tv show and those never seem to think it's weird to get with your friends' exes (case and point: Scalia), but I always really liked Danny and I just don't really get this pairing even though it's hard to dislike. Also I'm still super bothered by the fact that they introduced the Stiles at Quantico/Derek is a wanted man storyline in the first episode and we literally never heard from or saw them again..

Well, it is a known fact that Dylan O'brien is not a regular anymore and so we don't really hear from him. I think they did the storyline with Derek, it was to tide these two characters together so that they can come back in Beacon Hills. We'll probably hear from that storyline again once they come back (only three episodes left, it should be soon), but they are guest stars now. As for Jethan (Ethan and Jackson) as much as I ship it, I still feel like it's the writers way to say that because they didn't make Sterek canon, they make another hot pair.

Peter is a always in a grey area the whole series, one time we can find him helpful but another time we also can find him so evil and annoying, but even a Peter can become a loving dad. Peter loves Malia in his own way, he won't let Malia got killed. That's why he'll help them I don't think it was coach. His character suppose to be just a comic relieve, that's what he is ever since season 1, I don't think they'll change his character all of sudden for the season finale

Remember some werewolf have the ability to hide their senses so other werewolf don't know. For example Brett. Scott had no idea he was a werewolf or liam until they saw his name on the dead pool list maybe coach is the same. Idk it could be anyone at this point its hard to tell. The coach thing would be really interesting to explore, but I don't think it's him based on the tattoo that was on the dead body's arm, Coach was in short sleeves when he rescued Liam and we saw no tattoo. I have three more likely candidates, to me at least, 1. Monroe; this would explain how she's able to get all the deputies onto her side at the sheriffs station, and I don't think they've shown her arms in any of the episodes. And she was attacked by the 'Beast' so like Kate Argent maybe she turned from an attack rather than a bite. 2. Gerard; never seen his arms, and wasn't the whole point of season 2 (or maybe it was season 3) for him to be bitten so that he could become a werewolf to cure his cancer? Admittedly I don't remember if he actually became one. 3. Scott's dad; from a writing point this would be a huge thing to throw at Scott and would cause a lot of drama, and it would explain how he knew that Scott was a werewolf without a 'imaginary' scene where he learns the truth that we never got to see. We've never seen his arms either. About Peter, I think you're both right in a way. Peter felt the emotions from Malia that she feels for Scott, and decided that rather than see his daughter be hurt and blame him for not helping Scott if Scott were to die, he decides to help them. Thus securing his own interests of staying on his daughters good side, and having her view him as a 'good' dad.

Well... i'd say Jeff Davis wanted to make a statement. The actor who plays Ethan came out not too long ago, and so did Colton Hayes. Maybe it was a way for the cast and crew to show their support in a subtle way. Ya know, making a statement. And for them being a couple, we don't actually know how they met. Maybe we'll know more details about it in the upcoming episodes and also, how two 18-19 years old boys live in a ridiculously splendid place right in front of the Big Ben. How interested he was by the wolf in Ep. 1, how Anuk-Ite was at the sheriff's station in Ep. 15 affecting people, and how he told Jiang he changed too. Such a great episode!. Love the interactions of Malia and her father and the conversation with Deucalion. I wonder how much long the pack can survive without getting their hands dirty?. I think they don't have a clue of what to do next. They are totally disoriented, so they need to figure it out who the other halfs of the Anuk-it before the two half find eachother. Also I like the scene with Lydia in the frozen hospital. I wonder what does that mean, why is it everything frozen?.

Ahhhh so much to talk about. First of all I loooove the Coach theory, except the new clip on MTV sorta undermines that, as it seems the werewolf is a woman we don't know yet. I looooooooved Jackson and Ethan together. I once jokingly said that like 'haha what if they came back as a couple, but that'd never happen' and it was just some sort of shitpost headcanon I had. And now I can't believe its real and canon XD. Ducalien (??) and Peter were amazing. I guess Peter could have got some imprint from being in Malia's head. But that never happened before when someone has down that soooo... I like what some one said in the comments about how he can't help but see Malia and Scott and think of Paige and Derek, and how she died. That would be an amazing tie in, cause that storyline with Paige broke my heart. Also, WHERE THE HELL ARE PARRISH AND CORY?!?!?! Omg and someone else said that the Anu-kite (?? two face) is Greenburg XD which would also be amazing since I've always wanted to see him (although the whole woman thing puts a wrench in it). I can't believe there is only 3 episode left :( I really need Derek and Stiles back, and the whole story of how Stiles found him etc... I don't think that hell hound is dead I mean they brought up this hell hound being an important key to the villain of this season and he could be a cool new character and ally to Scott's pack. The fact that they have this recognizable actor to play him only for him to die in the first or second episode ( I don't remember which) is pretty much wasted potential especially for some character development for Parrish like maybe he could teach Parrish more about being a hell hound especially since he been in Eichen House for 2,000 years ( I think I got the years right).

the second half of the anukithing is jennifer.we know from the trailer that she comes back. in next episode promo we hear that the second half is a woman, then she has to be a werewolf. and maybe jennifer is one because peter "killed" her on the Nemethon, which gave her power before, she could have been like kate, transformed by a scratch. then she joined that pack who got attacked and became the second half of the anuk-ite. still in the new promo liam says "it's someone in school" and jennifer is a teacher. and if you watch carefully the scene where we see her she's fighting liam.

Yeah everyone turning on Stilinski made no damn sense, I 100% agree with that! Why would a station choose to side with a random woman over their own Shiriff... Ridiculous Jackson and Ethan being caught by her is also weird, but I don't think that they've already met Scott, what I think is that she tricked them and somehow knocked them out with some kind of trap. About the Peter/Malia thing, I'm inbetween. I believe Peter is helping because he loves Malia, and wants to protect her. & feeling the emotion thing is what makes him more determined to help because he does not want Malia getting hurt if Scott were to die.
