I've loved this band right from the start and still love them, still writing cracking songs that like all great art elevate the soul from the every day. I think it's time for Mr Love to write a few more of the songs on the albums though.

I have to agree with Chris. What are you listening to it on. I have the vinyl through a 1210 Mk2 and a decent pre-amp and it is monumental.

"Monumental" is going way too far. I would need to call it a wimpy, wishy-washy effort to get to somewhere in the middle. "Really nice" covers it better.

Well two thing, i was talking about the reproduction of the vinyl record on my set up at home, clearly something you are not in a position to comment on not having visited my house. Secondly, whether or not you think a song is 'monumental' or 'wimpy, wishy washy' is surely subjective anyway?
