Yeah things I don't understand about Secret of the Ooze are a) Why no Tokka and Rahzar instead of Bebop and Rocksteady? b) Why is April not a red head? c) Shredder's costume is a bit nuts.

This Movie did everything right where everything else is having trouble catching up to. Funny, Dark Tones, Action. It had everything. 1990 TMNT will always be best version of them.

Hands down the best out of all the Ninja Turtles movies that have been done. I especially love the scene where the turtles are camping out in the woods and they channel Master Splinter's spirit. one mind-blowing bit of trivia that I learned about this movie is that Splinter's voice actor / puppeteer is the same man who originated Elmo from Sesame Street, Kevin Clash.

When I first saw this movie, I was young enough that the cartoon was still on air. That and the toys were my only context for the franchise. So needless to say, I was shocked by how dark it turned out to be. Especially The Shredder, who legitimately frightened me.

Fun Fact: All of the Turtle stunt actors made cameos in the movie. Michelangelo was the pizza delivery guy, Raphael was the taxi passenger, Leonardo was the Foot soldier that slapped April, and Donatello was the Foot soldier sparring with Tatsu.

My cousin and I saw this as kids together in theaters when it came out. When we left we were literally looking down the sewers to maybe see them. Then went together to see it again for the special 30 year anniversary release in 2020. It was a nostalgia overdose in the best way...We still do the porkrind joke randomly to this day. 🍕🐢🐢🐢🐢

I love this movie. I was 13 when my dad took me to see this. Really takes me back. Thanks for this video. Quite enjoyed it. Out of curiosity, was the movie called Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles in the UK?

Monster Squad was another classic from my childhood. It was my brothers favorite movie for a long time. I am not sure if Emily has seen it or not but if not it is one we should do.

I have more in common with Ralph. But as a kid Donnie was my favorite. He was the smart one. And he was the one that a lot of the time saved the day. But I also liked Leo because I felt if someone was in trouble he would be the one I would look to. Mikey was my younger brother's favorite. He was definitely the funniest. But on the Cartoon Ralph was funny too. Since Mikey was my brother's favorite I wanted my own favorite. And I noticed Leo was my sister's favorite. So I had Donnie and Ralph. Donnie became my favorite. Ralph I LIKE ON THE MOVIE NOW. But as a kid didn't like Ralph on the movie. Cartoon Ralph was funny. But its really hard to find a favorite now. I wish Mikey would of had a different color than orange. But I guess green would look weird and yellow would be brighter than orange. But I can see myself in all of them. I also liked Shredder. Splinter scared me on the movie.
