Man, there was something special about going to the arcades, popping a quarter in this by yourself, and then taking on the first level alone. And then a few minutes later, some random kid would walk up, pop a quarter in, and play the 2nd turtle. Then around the boss fight, you'd have a 3rd kid join in with a few quarters, and you felt like a team. And holy shit... when that 4 kid walked up and popped a quarter in and selected that 4th turtle? It felt like you were playing the movie and you were all invincible. 4 turtles on the screen jumping and kicking and blowing shit up and eating pizza, demolishing every foot soldier in sight. You can't get that feeling anymore with consoles or online play. Something special about old school arcades.

I was about seven years old when this was the top machine in the arcade. This is the height of nostalgia for me for sure. I remember begging for quarters just to stand sideways and play as Raph.

This is great... This really brings me back. This would be my #1 choice for a cabinet. Closely followed by the X-Men 4 player arcade & The Simpson's. Take all my money. I loved playing these when I was younger. At the mall or the skate rink.

I remember the first time I ever played TMNT the arcade game before I ever had it on NES. I went to a b-day party at Chuckie Cheese and all the kids got tons of tokens. I spent ALL of my tokens playing this game and locked myself in for hours and made it to the Technodrome but never made it to Shredder. All the kids using their tokens for ski-ball, and games for tickets..I stayed true to the Heroes in the Half-Shell.

I got mine a few days ago and I can tell you that in my opinion it's the best arcade 1up machine (I have 9) the build quality of this game plus there's several upgrades to the cabinet like the volume control the LCD screen is better quality and this cabinet also has dual speakers! I know the marvel cabinet will be built the same way with volume control and dual speakers hopefully arcade 1up continues to improve on these arcades. They did a great job with turtles I highly recommend it to anyone who's looking buy an arcade 1up machine.

oww owww ninja turtles....my favorite game of all time since i was 8 years old in the 90's...i use to sneak to the comic store early in the morning and waste my lunch money trying to play this game but i rathered got caught by my parents running to the comic store or the store owner kicks me out and say come back after school when im done all my homework lol...man this brings back the 90's all over again of my childhood when i seen your video dude...great for you for getting that game...like really

I have the same Jim Lee gateway fold hanging in my room and a street fighter arcade1up lol. Definitely gonna pick one of these up eventually. Still waiting for that mk cab to hit rock bottom prices around the holidays. I got my street fighter cab from a Walmart for 150. Every store is different.

The only complaint i got is that it should have more space between the pads, i can't imagine 4 people playing it at the same time confortably. Also i wish they had full scaled arcades, it would be more expensive but i would love to get one of those.

Hey GMC, that Arcade Up TMNT machine is a nearly perfect dream come true. It's great that they could put this out for all the old school Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans out there. I only wish they could've included Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Hyperstone Heist from the Sega Genesis that would made it this complete. Just bought the Marvel Super Heroes limited edition cabinet. Debating on ordering this one as well or saving up for some Sideshow pieces. Sucks that I was actually at NYCC for all 4 days and missed this booth. Also hoped to meet you, brother, but it’s all good, spent plenty of time at Sideshow, PCS and XM to check out those killer figures.

Have you considered investing in a real cab? One with an arcade CRT display? Once you have 3 or 4 of these Arcade 1UP cabinets it's not like there's much of a space or cost saving compared to vintage tech, I'd have thought..?

Your right, however the original arcade manufacturer made that mistake when they were built and arcade 1up followed the original color scheme to stay true to the original cabinets....

I didn't know they did a Turtles game for the NES I bought it for XBOX arcade I think it was the same as the arcade version. I pumped a ton of quarters in it to try and finish the game but never got far until I got it from Microsoft.

It's nice, but on the small side for me. Gonna be tough getting 4 people to play next to each other on it because of its size. Also when your a button mashing grown man, that little thing starts moving around a little too much. It's cool, but I like the full size MAME arcade cabinet better.
