Me and my friends have always wanted to get into 3d printing for minis and such but all the nice printers that take less time to get a hang of are out of our price range and also require more time than any of us have at the moment. If we were to have one we would probably print out details to add to our minis and the minis we have seen online on cults, thingivers, etsy, etc.

Been 3D printing and painting for about two years and recently got into commission builds so i can share my passion with the hobby to others that can’t afford a 3D printer. The other reason is as everyone Knows college in America is expensive and I’m taking all my sales 100% and gonna save it and gift my daughter on her graduation day to maybe make things a little easier on her financially. I currently print off a m3 plus and would love have a second printer.

Hi dad! First of all, great video and great job as usual, and thanks so much for the opportunity! My 12 y/o son (your nephew, I suppose) recently dragged me back to the modelling and painting hobby. Last year he accidentally stumbled upon my old Lord of the Rings miniatures and Battle Games in Middle Earth magazines from 20 odd years ago. They had been languishing for years in the attic at my parent's house. I was a high school freshman back then, and I soon got into painting models with a friend of mine and an older guy who at the time used to volunteer teach painting and modelling at the local games store, and thought we had quite the talent (my friends more that myself, to be honest). Those were 5 great years. Life then got in the way: we went to different universities, the shop we used to meet at closed, I had my son quite early (I was still 24) and we all went our separate ways. I even moved abroad, from Italy to Japan. After finding my old miniatures - he had recently saw the Lotr Movies for the first time - my son convinced me to get back into painting miniatures. Last December, upon visiting back to Italy, me and my friend from the modelling and painting days accidentally stumbled upon our "old" modelling teacher. He is 45 something now, and since then had transitioned to naval modelling. As a result, my friend got back to the hobby big time as well (historical models tho'), and with his first model after a long while recently managed to win a prize at an event in Northern Italy. I'd love to gift the printer to my friend: he likes tinkering a lot and would put it to very good use, for himself, for our "teacher", who he now meets again regularly at a local modelling club, and even for me and my son, who instead mainly paint Lotr stuff and Gunpla! :D But I don't really care anyway, I just felt good about the opportunity to share the story! Keep un the good work!
