3:47 dii I really wanted to know if that growth spurt happens to everybody or is it to only few peole . I am in 11th and my height is only 146cm which is too less 😭😭.my height has been stagnent over the pass 4 hears there has been not even a 1 cm growth when i was in 8th it was 146cm . Height is not everything guys. Relax. You may still increase ur height, but even if you don't just chill. 145cm+ is not really bad.

Hey the truth is u won't grow further... Coz u grow only till ur puberty phase.. After that ur growth phase stops... Girls grow a bit after they attain puberty.. But it stops after that... So u might have noticed that girls who attain puberty at a young age don't have a very tall height as an adult.. I got my period in class 4 and I was only of the tallest girls till class 5 and trust I am the same after that and am one of the shortest now (4'11")
