I am mixed too and i am often mistaken for caucasian . when i saw him at a school reunion decades later i thought "um.. how did i not know you were mixed" . we were both baffled because he too had no idea i was mixed too and he told me he could now tell . The Filipina girl was very respectful. When I was a teen, I never would call 30+ people "old" as in a bad thing. Bluntness like Atlas doesn't mean "truth", most of the teens here are equating older with "bad". The "you look good for 27 or 30" or "your drip is young, your body is old". I would never insult someone about age like that, just not how we grew up, we didn't put so much thought and energy into discriminating by age.
@PHlophe11 ай бұрын
everybody equates older with bad in real life. I think telling ppl they look younger for their age or "good" for their age is toxic but its our culture that makes it sound as if its a compliment.
@oreochocolate_lavacake996010 ай бұрын
I think people in general need to stop associating old with negative things there's so many good things that come with getting older and eventually you don't care about your age anymore.

@vixxcelacea27787 ай бұрын
TF does dressing old mean anyway. Like, gen Z took a shine to 70's aesthetic. That's old by three generational groups now. Dressing old is subjective to whatever the gens before you wore. That's why keeping up with trends dates people so hard. Just wear what you like, no matter what era or style it's from.

@Zedd...11 ай бұрын
@RacingPepe that's different though. It's better to refer to infants and toddlers in months because a lot of changes can happen in a month. A 16 month old baby looks waaaaaay different and developmentally advanced than a 12 months baby, even though both babies can be said to be "one year old". Even doctors and medical professionals use months to refer to babies younger than 2 years old, because a lot of milestones and changes can happen month to month.
