Adobo's really good. As a foreigner who just travelled through the Philippines, the dishes that blew me away were chicken inasal, (usually from street cart fire bbq's) liempo and tocino. Well made tocino is one of the most ridiculously addictive things I've ever tried 👍

The first food was Malabon, not Palabok. Palabok has some orange sauce and uses thin glass noodles. Malabon uses thicker noodles and it is dry. 😅
