hello, just a query here...despite all that fluency and proper convincing power, i would like to know she is still considered as intermediate, i was really expecting that to be a C1 level minimum.

She is role playing in this demonstration, also there was some elements kept that way so that candidate scores B2+ (CLB7) score.

Do they give instructions in english only in real exam ?

During the actual exam, instructions are given in French.

Je ne suis pas sûr si faire du bénévolat va m'aider avec ça => je ne suis pas sûr que faire du bénévolat m'aide (subjonctif) avec ça toutefois => mais "Toutefois" is way too formal for an interaction with a friend! en effet: same problem, absolutely not used for an interaction with a friend communité => communauté de plus: again, it's way too formal! You should use "en plus" when you talk to a friend. payant => payé ce ne sera pas payé en conséquence: again, too formal "J'avoue, souplesse est bon": is that French? The article is missing and I can't understand the end of the sentence Please have your dialogs corrected by a native, some viewers trust you and they deserve a better quality!

You mean listen to Quebecois? Not even real french. Maybe they would benefit from doing the exam as well.
