Lara Biesseck They most have some top notch auto tune then, because I cannot hear it. Otherwise, it would likely sound like Owl City. You can usually pick out auto tune when a singer changes note and I don't really hear it here.

Definitely different styles. Once you've been with them for a while you can easily tell who wrote the song simply by listening. Sara's songs are more of an aquired taste. They're more complex and quirky in terms of parts and lyrics, whereas Tegan's are just raw, straight from the heart. And I think Sara's tend to be catchier/poppy when Tegan's are more emotional/rock. Their voices are harder. They both have a pretty big range so it kinda depends on the song...
