It literally says check charger connection. Electrolysis is eating away at every vdd pin on that board as we speak lol. It will work if you remove the back and unplug the battery , then let it dry . You can literally open that open with a card along the edges , careful near the power button. No glue

I Don't Think Any SAMSUNG Phone Is WaterProof...I Had A SAMSUNG GALAXY A03s~It Was Accidentally Submerged In Water And Malfunctioned In 5 Different Areas... Luckily I Was Planning To Upgrade Anyway~Which I Did To The SAMSUNG GALAXY A14 5G...And Planning To Purchase The SAMSUNG GALAXY A23 5G In Addition To That...2 Absolutely Splendid Devices Indeed...And Certainly Shan't Risk These Water Test With Those Phones...

Anything above a5x is water resistant. And it works as they say because I had an a54 which I literally submerged it in water every single possible way and later for some other totally unrelated repairs I had to take it apart and didn't see any water damage ( there are water damage indicators )
